As the Nurse Practitioner Pulmonary Critical Care, you will take primary responsibility in managing critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. To be considered for this position, you will need to have your ACNP. In addition, you will have specialized expertise related to the unique setting of the ICU. In this role you will perform physical exams, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, collect and document data, prescribe appropriate medications and provide professional consultations. Moreover, you will maintain this academic center’s respected reputation, you will collaborate with your colleagues in providing excellent patient care, research, and leadership to your fellow nurses.
